ChineseSkill - Learn Chinese App Reviews

This app provides a lot of free content and reminds me very much of duolingo- but with a bit more explanation and grammar structure which is REALLY helpful. I also love that it has you "write" characters on your device as part of the lessons.

This is a great app for beginners studying Mandarin Chinese. The format of lessons and reviews is quite similar to another I app that I have downloaded called HelloChinese. This app doesnt teach beginners pinyin pronunciation and the four tones like the HelloChinese app does. Good for initial learning and understanding of Mandarin Chinese.

This is a fine app. I have used it a lot. There are many errors in time and meals sections. I hope you will fix them.

Within ten minutes I was learning Chinese; I impressed myself. Im a journalists and wish this company made additional languages. Im not fluent in Chinese, by any means, because of this app, but I am on a good start. You can learn it, too, if youre dedicated and want to learn; thats the key, you have to want it!

A great beginner/refresher course so far. Builds confidence and proper pronunciation quickly.

Gave me something to do while I was waiting for my plane during a 2 hour delay. Only thing wrong is the drawing characters section. Its a little buggy.

Ive only worked through a few lessons, but it seems very well put together

I am extremely upset because the app is testing me on things It hasnt even taught me in order for me to unlock the rest of the skills. It doesnt make sense. I dont understand why I have to do that. Ive been trying to go back and forth from Google translate but its not working. You cant just give me like 30 questions of things I havent been taught. Please just give me the rest of the skills!!!

30 minutes in, not bad. Already doing Rosetta Stone, I can see this getting me by on the bus.

I just downloaded this app today and am really pleased with the extensive content it has to offer. I can already speak and remember the meaning of several words and phrases.

As a Chinese American, I knew I was kinda stupid not learning Chinese and this app is great!

This is a beautiful app! My only suggestion would be for a tool to check pronunciation to earn that extra star.
